Following from Being the Difference, this course will support a group to develop their own purpose or destination along with a set of values to guide the group on its journey.

This course is designed to develop the confidence needed to take part or lead important discussions. It is for anyone who wants to be involved with or facilitate key meetings.
Setting Up a Successful Group
Are you setting up, or want to set up, a group of lived experience within your service or organisation? This course is designed to give the fundamental knowledge needed to set up and establish your own successful group.

The Essential Nuts and Bolts of Co-production
This course has been developed to give you the essential knowledge and understanding to develop co-production within your community or service.

Board and Trustee Co-production Training
Co-production is not just about groups, but about a culture. Cultures come from the top. If you are a senior member of an organisation that wants to develop co-production within it, then this course will help your understanding of co-production and the benefits it brings to organisations.
Co-production Group Development
This includes a comprehensive package of training and additional support delivered over one year to equip local groups of actors to do effective co-production, including in-house training or facilitation, access to a peer support platform, monthly conversations on coproduction and regular support check-ins. The model also builds on Expert Link’s track record of national policy influencing, to encourage national and local government to support local co-production.

Research and Influencing
Story Telling to Influence
This course is designed to help you explore and understand the different ways in which we can influence policy and decision makers and the difference that human stories can make. It will also look at how you can use your own story to influence.
Peer Research Training
Expert Link have carried out numerous peer research projects around the country. Recognising the value of peer to peer research and the richness it can add to research projects, we have trained those with lived experience to develop their skills so that they can carry out research in an appropriate and safe manner. Clients include, Homeless Link, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The City of London and Cordis Bright. Publications include The Lankelly Chase Foundation: Hard Edges and The Wave Trust: Age 2 to 18 -Systems to protect children from severe disadvantage.
